How I handle your personal data

This notice follows Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What I collect

If you use the home value checker or another form on this site, I collect what you type in: your name, mobile number, and the property address or details you enter. I also keep the date and time of the request. Calculators that don't ask for your details run in your browser and send nothing to me.

Why I collect it

To send you the information you asked for, and to contact you about it by WhatsApp, phone call or SMS. I only contact you if you tick the consent box on the form, including if your number is on the Do Not Call registry.

Who sees it

Only me. Your details are stored with the service providers that run this site, and are not sold or shared with other agents. I may need to share them with PropNex Realty Pte Ltd where the law or CEA rules require it.

How long I keep it

For as long as it is needed for the purpose above, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client and the law requires me to keep records longer.

Withdrawing consent, access and correction

You can ask me to stop contacting you, or to show, correct or delete your data, at any time. Send a WhatsApp to +65 9299 9702 and I'll act on it within 30 days.
