About the development
Skywaters Residences is a 99-year leasehold condominium located at 8 Shenton Way in Singapore's District 1. The development is a joint venture between Alibaba Group Holding Limited and Perennial Holdings Limited. It was formerly known as AXA Tower and was sold for S$1.68 billion in 2018. Skywaters Residences is a supertall skyscraper, with a height of 305 meters. It is the tallest residential building in Singapore.Skywaters Residences is located in the heart of Singapore's Central Business District (CBD).It's an intergrated development with direct access to Tanjong Pagar MRT.
